The technical support included in our plans covers daily IT incidents, such as troubleshooting for PCs, printers, networks, email services, basic configurations, and installed software. Not included are new implementations, data migrations, new server installations, advanced integrations, custom developments, scripting, or infrastructure changes, which will be quoted separately as additional services. In the Starter Plan, each ticket covers up to 30 minutes of remote support. In the Business and Enterprise Plans, remote support is unlimited during business hours, applying exclusively to standard IT incidents as defined above.
