What is not included in our support plans
  • Projects are not included in our managed IT services. A project is a significant change in your IT environment. Think “add, change, move” like moving your office, or installing a new server or firewall. Projects are quoted and approved separately.
  • Your internet service provider (ISP) can typically assist you if the issue is with internet connectivity to the home. We do not provide internet access, but we can help support all the connected devices. We can help you with device connectivity, setup, and troubleshooting, or simply learning new features and functionality. 
  • Any software and resources must be provided by the client, Inteligente can advise on the acquisition but is not included in this service.
